It’s very cozy and clean. It has a beautiful and spacious backyard and a great common area to share and enjoy your stay comfortably. Full size kitchen fully equipped. It has a laundry with washer/dryer and sink. The master bedroom has a private bathroom.

For long term rental we have a maximum consumption for the utilities of $500, which is pretty standard for a big family. In case you exceed that consumptions we will have to ask you to pay for the extra amount.
