It has 3 bedrooms 2 full baths good to accommodate up to 8 guests. It’s very cozy and clean. It has a beautiful and spacious backyard and a great front porch as well.

The parking is private and fits many vehicles. It has a big laundry with washer/dryer and sink. The master bedroom has a private bathroom.

Close to stores, supermarkets, restaurants, shopping, main highways. Very quiet and safe. The train rail is in the back but inside the house you can’t hear it. You can always use Uber and if you are driving it’s only a few meters from the Main Street.

Lakeland counts with Amtrak and Greyhound stations in case you are planning to use it. Please make sure to go through the check in instructions before you come in case you have any questions. It’s easier to do it in advance to avoid delays in the communication once you are at the property.
